Principal's Message

Welcome to Kirkersville Elementary School! It is an honor and joy to serve the staff, students, and families here as your principal. Even though this is my first year at Kirkersville Elementary School, you may recognize me as I was the assistant principal at Watkins Middle School for the past three years. I have appreciated the warm welcome and am looking forward to getting to know everyone!

As you know, students will be returning to our newly renovated building at the start of the 2024-2025 school year. This is an exciting time for us as we look to create new memories in our beautiful new space. Along with those memories, we will continue to provide a safe, nurturing environment while setting high academic expectations for all students in our building. Our goal is that every student grows to their fullest potential, both academically and socially. 

Please join us on your child's educational journey because together, we can make a positive difference that will set your child up for greater success. There will be numerous opportunities for you to get involved throughout the school year and we firmly believe the importance of a strong relationship between home and school.
